Jurukur Bahan FPS Sdn. Bhd. (FPS), formerly known as FPS Konsultant, is a Construction Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Consultant company founded in 1995. The founding partners are Foo Chow Luh and Steven Tey Heong Tiong, both are members of The Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia, and registered Quantity Surveyor with the Board of Surveyors, Malaysia. Foo Chow Luh and Steven Tey Heong Tiong are also Chartered Surveyors of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom.
The founding partners of FPS are very experienced Quantity Surveyors with more than half a century of collective experience between them with professional expertise in a wide range of construction projects from landed residential development to high rise residential development, commercial office development, shopping complex development, industrial building development, leisure building development, stadium development, educational building development, health care development, warehouse development and infrastructure works.
FPS expanded its operation to the Asean region with the setting up of its first overseas office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2008.
Being a young and progressive company, FPS are well equipped to cope with the fast changing world of IT oriented working environment, both inter and intra companies brought about by the advancement of information technology.
The company is fully computerized with every staff having network workstation which is fully equipped with specialist QS software, AutoCAD Measurement software, Specialist Engineering Earthwork software, spreadsheet and word processor, and linked up to internet and e-mailing for current state of the art communication.
